There are so many uses for the Apple iPhone and of course, a lot of the apps are designed to do different things. There are many games and fun things to do with the iPhone, but it is also extremely useful for a variety of different things as well. One of the things that it is great for is business. One app that will really come in useful a lot of the time if you want to use your iPhone for business is an app called Autograph. The idea of this application is that it will actually allow you to sign documents on your computer in a quick and simple way. Without this app, in order to sign a document or an email, you would probably have to actually sign a piece of paper, scan it into your computer and then copy and paste it into the email or Word document that you need to sign. This can be quite time consuming and that’s not what you need if you are in a hurry. What this app does is it takes this time consuming process away by allowing you to sign documents within seconds. Basically, when you launch the app you will be presented with a blank screen. You can then use your finger to sign the iPhone screen with your signature. After this, you click one button and it will be sent to your computer where you can paste it into a document. Of course, there are a couple of things you need to us this app and one of them is a Wi-Fi network. As well as this, you will need the free piece of Autograph software installed on your computer, but that can be downloaded from their website. Overall, this is a very useful app and is well worth the price tag of $3.99. | |
